Blaser Announces HunTec Camo Collection

Blaser has been teasing about a new launch for several weeks and today we get the first look at a complete line of clothing and accessories in their HunTec line of camo.
Blaser Outfits created a completely new hunting apparel collection for passionate mountain hunters and all those who love a physically demanding hunt. The collection is based on the key elements that made the R8 so successful: modularity, versatility, precision, and high performance.
The HunTec Collection offers a sophisticated layering system of mid-layers, insulation jackets (which can be worn as a stand-alone jacket as well), and protective shell jackets. Hence, the new collection has all the essential apparel pieces that are necessary when hunting in challenging, rapidly changing weather conditions and activity levels. The clearly distinguishable insulator jackets with their Precision Thermo Regulation (PTR) system form the core and provide the perfect balance of heat retention and breathability.

To guarantee the best performance when high demands are placed on your gear while hunting in challenging terrain – was the goal when developing the Blaser HunTec collection. Countless information was processed, tests performed under varied light and weather conditions in various terrains to ensure a camo clothing line that will live up to its name – designed for hunters by hunters and made by Blaser.

Jeremy Mallette is co-founder of International Sportsman. An avid hunter and outdoorsman, he has spent more than a decade in the outdoor industry, from hiking and camping to silencers and hunting. His father taught him to shoot at age six, and he received his first firearm at age eight — a 1942 Colt Commando .38 special revolver.
