AutoChart Live for Ice Fishing from Humminbird
Humminbird introduced a new product for ice anglers by introducing AutoChart Live Ice, which allows anglers for the first time ever to create custom contour maps on the ice. This new AutoChart Live Ice technology is available on all new ICE HELIX CHIRP GPS and ICE HELIX CHIRP GPS All-Season models.
AutoChart Live Ice provides anglers the ability to quickly create a custom AutoChart Live map by taking data points at multiple hole locations and then displaying the layout of contours below the ice. This technology allows anglers to map and find humps and drop-offs that were previously unknown on remote or unmapped lakes. These maps, made in real-time, will also provide AutoChart Live features such as depth highlight, shallow water highlight, water level offset, and color palette selection.

Also new in 2019, is Humminbird’s Jig Charge Mode, which will allow anglers to quickly and easily light up their screen to charge glow-painted lures. Jig Charge Mode is available on all ICE HELIX CHIRP, CHIRP GPS and CHIRP GPS All-Season models.
With these new innovations, comes the introduction of five new and updated ICE HELIX models, pre-loaded with these new features that will help ice anglers put more fish on the ice this winter:
ICE HELIX CHIRP / GPS All-Season Models

The new ICE HELIX CHIRP GPS All-Season models feature Humminbird’s Dual Spectrum CHIRP sonar, providing detail and clarity, with target separation down to 3/4″. The new models also feature CHIRP Interference Rejection to remove noise from nearby flashers, as well as an internal GPS and microSD card slot for LakeMaster map use. ICE HELIX 7 CHIRP G3N All-Season includes Ethernet networking for connection to other Humminbird units or Minn Kota i-Pilot Link trolling motors on a boat. Anglers can take advantage of Bluetooth built into the ICE HELIX 7 G3N All-Season. This allows them to pair a Bluetooth remote for wireless control or connect with the free Humminbird FishSmart app for wireless software updates.
All-Season models include all accessories for use on a boat or portable applications right in the box. Included are a transom mount CHIRP transducer, optional transducer suction cup mount, power cable, and fish finder mounting bracket.

The ICE HELIX 5 CHIRP G2 provides Dual Spectrum CHIRP sonar with 3/4″ target separation. Also included is a CHIRP Interference on an ultra-bright and easy to read LCD screen. The new unit provides split-screen flasher and 2D sonar views, adjustable sonar zoom, automatic digital depth readout, and new Jig Charge Mode. With an easy-to-use five button operation, this sonar model provides everything that ice anglers have come to expect from an ice fishing unit. Anglers gain the advantage of modern day LCD fish finders, with more features and potential than traditional flashers.
