New Frabill Fortress XL Hub Shelter Features Space-Saving Design

The dictionary defines a fortress as a fortified place, a place of exceptional security, a stronghold. The new Frabill Fortress XL Hub Shelter is all that and more for ice anglers.

Frabill’s latest space-saving design allows you to conveniently store gear in generous corner compartments resulting in 55% more fishable space. Kick-Out Technology utilizes hub extensions on the sides of the shelter to keep items like minnow buckets, heaters, vacuum bottles, and lunch coolers accessible, yet out of the way. The hubs also simplify setup and takedown. The Fortress XL Hub Shelter doubles as the ultimate base camp when anglers are on the ice.

With a large 100 square feet of fishable luxury, the revolutionary Fortress XL is like a condo on ice. An extremely stable frame provides a comfortable environment that locks in warmth and repels the wind. Enhanced T-style zipper pulls are easy to operate with gloves or chilly fingers.
The Fortress XL Hub Shelter (FRBSF310) accommodates four to five anglers in a spacious 148-inch L x 148-inch W x 83-inch H cabin. It breaks down into a manageable 66.65-inch L x 13-inch W x 13-inch H package that weighs 47.3 lbs. The top and bottom are made of 600-denier poly. The 300-denier skirt is made of the same material. The Fortress XL is fully insulated to allow fishing in even the coldest weather.

A smaller companion, the Fortress Hub Shelter (FRBSF260) easily fishes three to four anglers in a roomy 130-inch L x 130-inch W x 80-inch H footprint that affords 69 fishable square feet. The unit collapses into a 57-inch L x 8.25 W x 8.25 H bundle and weighs 32.3 lbs. The Fortress Hub Shelter has an insulated top to retain escaping heat to keep you warm and fishing. The top is made of 600-denier poly with a 300-denier bottom and skirt.

With all the room available in Frabill’s new Fortress Hub Shelters, you’ll feel like you’re fishing in your living room. Time to break out the recliners!
