Outdoor Edge’s New RazorFin Fillet Knife Perfect for Ice Fishing

Outdoor Edge has introduced a new fillet knife that should interest ice fishermen. After a great day of ice fishing, the last thing an angler wants is to reach the cleaning table only to discover a dull blade. Those days are gone – thanks to the new Outdoor Edge RazorFin fillet knife with replaceable blades. That’s right, the company incorporated its patented RazorSafe replaceable-blade technology into the new RazorFin, an ergonomically-designed fillet knife with scalpel-sharp blades that can be swapped out quickly, easily, and safely.

Each Fillet Knife Includes 3 Blades

Each RazorFin includes three 5.0-inch scalpel-sharp fillet blades plus the company’s new 3.4-inch gutting blade that will open fish like a zipper without the risk of piercing any internal organs. The Japanese 420J2 stainless steel blades have Rockwell-C Hardness (HRC) rating of 55-56, which is the same HRC rating used by premium German-style knife makers. The handle is made from a non-slip Grivory®, and the overall knife weight is just 4.1 ounces. Overall knife length, with the 5.0-inch fillet blades installed, is 10 inches. The package includes a blade storage box to safely pack out the extra blades once the job is complete.

RazorFin Just One Of Outdoor Edge’s Tools

Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Denver, Outdoor Edge designs and manufactures knives and tools for outdoor enthusiasts, game processors, survivalists, handymen and others who require these products for leisure, work and everyday-carry. The RazorFin sells for a suggested retail price of $49.95. For more information about the RazorFin fillet knife, go to www.outdooredge.com.
