Sure Steps In The Dark With SneakyHunter Bootlamps

SneakyHunter Bootlamps seem to be a good idea to me. Handheld flashlights, especially the powerful tactical lights, are great, but they go through batteries quickly. And sometimes you need your hands free. Headlamps are fine for going hands-free, but don’t look a companion in the eye during a conversation. With both, you might be using more light than you need and flashing the countryside needlessly when you’re walking in to your hunting location or otherwise trying to be discreet.

Bootlamps Put The Light Where You Need It

SneakyHunter Bootlamps offers lights for both hunters and hikers that put the light where you need it: directly where you’re going to take your next step. The lights come in packs of two and strap onto each of your boots so that they’re positioned over your laces. You’ll see the tree roots, rocks and other obstacles ahead without shining the light that might alert game animals or bother other campers.

Advantages Of Bootlamps:

Many hikers face depth perception issues when using a light source above the waist. These Bootlamps help stabilize your visual perception by keeping the light low to the ground. Bootlamps place your lighting as far from your face as possible, offering more relief on your eyes (especially in green or red mode).

When wearing a traditional headlamp your vision can become impaired, sometimes taking up to 45 minutes to regain proper vision.

Because Bootlamps come in pairs, you have two light sources in operation, reducing the chances of complete light failure and leaving you in total darkness.

The Hikers Bootlamps feature a white, red and green light modes. The Hunters Bootlamps also have three separate hands-free modes.

SneakyHunter Bootlamps: Multiple Functions

White Trail Mode gets you down the trail while eliminating the issue of depth perception and impaired vision commonly experienced when wearing a traditional headlamp.

Switch to Red Stealth Mode or optional Green Stealth Mode and your disturbance levels are minimized dramatically as deer and elk cannot see red or green wavelengths of light.

Violet Blood Tracker is there to help assist you when the unexpected happens. Our custom-made blood tracking lights use a particular wavelength in the violet spectrum of light, causing blood to really stand out in the dark.

The Hunters Bootlamps feature white light, red or green light and violet blood-tracking modes.

Bootlamps Run On Easy-To-Find AAA Batteries

These lights each run on three AAA batteries. Each light provides 40 to 50 lumens of light for a beam distance of 50 meters. The average run time is 70 hours.

The lights weigh just 2.7 ounces each, so they won’t feel as if you’re dragging boat anchors with each step you take. SneakyHunter is located in Salmon, Idaho. Their bootlamps are made in the U.S. too.

The MSRP for a two-pack of lights is $59.99. For more information, go to www.SneakyHunter.com.
